Hello,

many days ago i bought 20 geniz+ from an user named "1marocain".

I couldn't use all the geniz+ IMMEDIATELY, but he had 0 "ventes -" and looked like a trusted seller, so i gave him anyway all positive notes.

After many days i used the 20 geniz+ and ..... 14/20 are NOT VALID !!!!!

I sent him 2 messages talking him about it; he read them and IGNORED me !!!!!!

What i ask now is the permanent BAN of this user from the site and, if possible, to re-have the money i spent (0.21€ x 14)

why do you tell the seller in your last pm that 5 codes are invalid and here in the forum you said 14

In the last pm i sent him (and that he ignored) it was still 5; i tried all the other codes after some time and the final result was 14 (or maybe 13)

I see he's not banned and i haven't got back the 2,73€ i wasted

The actions done by giving a positive note, are:

- desengage the seller responsability
- free the corresponding amount, so that the seller can use it

All this is written in the rules and at the bottom of the page where the notes are given.

So at the time you tell us there is a problem, four days after the transaction, the seller has used the money and it is impossible to make a refund.

For the ban, i am checking with the web of geniokado if only your codes were invalid or if all the geniz+ where invalid

Anyway i was thinking to make a last attempt to contact "1marocain" and ask him to give me 13 valid geniz+ .... would he be saved from an eventual ban if he gives me them ?

as i said, i am waiting an answer of the web of genioekdo to see how man geniz+ he sold are invalid, and the ban is a risk that he take
